Er dette ikke en såkaldt Norsk virus ?

Jeg har modtaget følgende meddelelse, er dette ikke en såkaldt Norsk virus, hvor man hvis man gør som der står, selv ødelægger sin PC ?????

Meddelsen er som følger

This virus is called "jdbgmgr.exe". This is not detected by norton or McAfee
antivirus system. This virus sits quietly for 14 days before damaging the
system. It is sent automatically by the messenger and by the address biik
inspite of wether you send mail to your contacts or not. It is automatically
send to all the address in your address book.

This virus was also passed ot our system, it has been identified and deleted.

Here is the prosedure to detect it and get rid of it:
a. go to START, and than Find ( files & folders ) or search option.
b. In the file/folders option write the name "jdbgmgr.exe"
c. Search your C: drive
d. Click " Find Now"
e. The virus has Teddy Bear icon with the name "jdbgmgr.exe". DO NOT OPEN THE
FILE IF FOUND.
f. Delete it immediately by right clicking and also delete from the Recycle
Bin.

If found in your system, kindely contact all addressess appearing in your
address book so that they can rectify system and ask them to follow the same.
