This is actually an Access formum so I doubt if I could help you with your "formular". Is your hjemmeside and Access database located with a service provider or is it on you rown PC? You have to make sure that the database file is read/write and also the folder. You can more than likley use the program which you use to upload your application to do this. For example CuteFTP.

Then you can take a look at these links to see if you can see what your doing wrong if it is acode error!

OK! The correct syntax for INSERT is without (WHERE USER)
