Visual basic 60 service pack 4

Nu har jeg lige formuleret spørgsmålet på engelsk, så det får I lige her:

I have a serious problem here:

I\'m trying to do the same as the file vbrun60sp4.exe found here:
http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/q235/4/20.asp

I need it in an installation, but can\'t use its silent mode, since it isen\'t
so silent after all.

Have found the 10 files using winzip to extract it. After that I have
installed the .ins file.

This just doesen\'t do the same thing that the .exe file does.

What am I missing here?
