Kan du hjælpe?

Jeg har lige downloadet et phpBB2 script, og så skal jeg have mig en access database.. ved godt hvordan man "ændrer" de slags database.. bare ikke laver...

Er der nogle der kan hjælpe herinde?? i får server navn og kode hvis i kan hjælpe.. i vil self. først lige få afvide præcist hvad det er i skal.. På den side hvor man skal til at installere mit forum.. Der står der:
