File Protection på Domino HTTP Server

Spørgsmålet er formuleret i engelsk fordi det tidligere er stillet på Lotus Notes Gold Forum uden at få svar, så jeg håber at der er en \"ekspert\" der kan hjælpe.

Hi All

I have 5.0.5 Domino Server running on NT where i need to restrict access to a Mapping/Redirection on the HTTP server:

The mapping is defined as follows and the mapping works fine:

Mapping
Incoming URL string: /filesd
Target server directory: d:\\

But when I try to add a File Protection document to restrict access to the redirection to a number of groups nothing happens. The file protection which I have created looks like this:

Web Server

Applies to:
X Use this setting for virtual servers that have no file protection settings

Path:
d:\\

Access Control

Current access control list:
-Default- -(No Access)
Administrators -(POST and GET)
Staff -(POST and GET)

The Web Server i set up to require login so the user is prompted for user name and password which works fine. But if I create a user, ie. \"customer\", which doesn\'t belong to either group Administrators or Staff, the File Protection document has no effect. I would think that this File Protection document would work. I have restarted the Web server with no effect and even tried to add the \"customer\" user to the File Protection document with \"No Access\" without any luck.

I would appreciate any help on this subject since it is very important that we can restrict access to these redirection URL\'s which lets us browse our files remote over the intranet.

Best Regards

Hej Lars,

Åben services og sørg for at Lotus Notes logger ind som en bruger (ikke administrator)
