...og den automatiske understregning, skal selvfølgelig være væk!

<style>
a:hover {font-color: black; text-decoration: none;}
a {font-color: navy}
</style>

Sådan:

<style TYPE="text/css">
<!--
a:link { color: navy; text-decoration : none;}
a:hover { color: Black; text-decoration : none; }
a:visited { color: navy; text-decoration : none;}
a:visited:hover { color: Black; text-decoration : none; }
// -->
</style>

(ET SVAR)
  Sådan:

<style TYPE="text/css">
<!--
a:link { color: navy; text-decoration : none;}
a:hover { color: Black; text-decoration : none; }
a:visited { color: navy; text-decoration : none;}
a:visited:hover { color: Black; text-decoration : none; }
// -->
</style>
