InDesign-Tekst som buer?

Jeg er helt ny i indesign og sidder og leger med noget tekst som driller! -Tænkte eksperten var stedet til lidt hjælp.

Jeg vil gerne lave en overskrift/Tekst som buer!
I 'hjælpen' finder jeg følgende:

To apply a path type effect:

.."Using the selection tool or the type tool, select the path type.
Choose Type > Type on a Path > Options.
Choose one of the following in the Effect menu, and then click OK:
To keep the center of each character's baseline parallel to the path's tangent, choose Rainbow. This is the default setting because it looks natural."..

Problemet er bare at 'Options' ikke er en mulighed.
-Hvad gør jeg galt???
