Mistanke om snavs

Jeg har en mistanke om snavs i min PC. Jeg modtager tomme mails og startsiden i Explorer ændrer sig. Onlinescan efter virus viser intet. Ad-Aware og Spybot finder heller ikke noget. XP er opdateret.
Er der en der er rar og kikke min HighjackThis-log igennem?
