Connect to a modem on an other computer

You can always try with at ProxyServer.... it's easy..

Try the Program WinProxy

When you have enabled ics = sharing om the modem it should set the ip 192.168.0.1 on the Lan card - you can test it by entering ipconfig /all from dosprompt.
If it´s working you should enter ipconfig /release on the second pc - followed by ipconfig /renew.
on the second pc you should have theese settings from an ipconfig /all
