res://shdocpe.dll/blank.htm - hvorfor kan jeg ikke undslippe?

Har problemer med virus - herunder at min startside ikke kan ændres fra res://shdocpe.dll/blank.htm til noget som helst andet. Læste et indlæg om en lignende problemstilling hvor I anbefalede en procedure der skulle resultere i at en logfil på baggrund af en hijack skanning.
