How to download a program again from the Symantec Store
To download a program again from the Symantec Store, one or both of these must apply:
The download must be within 60 days of the original purchase date.
You must have purchased Extended Download Service.
Extended Download Service allows you to download the program as many times as needed within one year of the date of purchase.
To download the program again
Go to the Symantec Store order lookup Web page. (
http://www.symantecstore.com/orderlookup)
Log on to view your order.
Do one of the following:
Under the program name, if present, click Download.
If there is no Download button, it is more than 60 days past the original purchase date and you have not bought Extended Download Service.
To buy Extended Download Service, click Buy Now. After completing that purchase, follow steps 1 - 3 to download the program again.
