Jeg er begyndt at få nogle fejl i min backup..-------

Filerne er der og de kan åbnes, det er ikke nødvendige filer men, den har kørt i ca. 2 måneder uden fejl, men nu er det næsten hver gang (af de 10 sidste er 2 ok), det er de samme filer.
Det er kommet efter jeg har installeret Tomcat på serveren(ca. på det tidspunkt) , men det burde jo ikke have noget at sige...Tomcat kører også fint...
Er der nogle der kender det, og evt. hvordan man kan undgå fejlne?
