Kan ikke starte windows setup

hej... jeg har et lille problem. først og fremmest aner jeg ikke hvad for en kategori jeg skal skrive mig ind under.

Men uanset hvad er mit problem at jeg ikke kan f lov at starte windows setup op.

Min computer siger: Windows could not start up because the followinf file is missing or corrupt,
/windows/system32/config/system

You can attempt to repair this file by starting windows setup using the original setup CD-Rom
select 'r' at the first screen to repair.

Jeg har så prøvet at indsætte cd-rommen, hvorefter ingenting sker... hvorfor kan jeg ikke starte windows setup??
