Positionering af menu - dynamisk

Jeg har endelig fundet en menu som nemt kan hente manu punkter i min database.

Mit problem er at menuen kun kan placeres statisk på en hjemmeside og jeg vil gerne kunne placere menuen dynamisk - dvs flytter noget sig følger menuen med - kan man ændre dette nemt eller kræver det en meget stor omskrvining af js scriptet (jeg paster herunder).

Jeg håber en eller anden kan hjælpe.
