Opdatere PHP4 til PHP5, den vil ikke

Når jeg prøver at opdatere til PHP5 melder den fejl.

Jeg følger denne guide. http://www.debianhelp.co.uk/php5.htm
Men når jeg så gør det, kommer den med denne fejl på serveren

Og når jeg prøver at installere hver enkelt melder den samme fejl. Hvad gør jeg???
