I do not know Xceed zip

What you can try is this.

Place a button on the form which the control is on.
In the on click event for the button  enter me followed by the controls name followed by a .

For example: Me.MyActiveX.

When you enter me. you should see a list of objects one of them should be the control name, in this example MyActiveX.

Then you follow this with another . so that you have Me.MyActiveX.
When you enter the last . you should now see a list of properties and methods. You need to find the properties that you can use.
As I dont know exactly what the control does I cant make any suggestions.

You can also right click on the control and you should see a sub menu something like Xceed Zip Object. When you select this you should see a properties sub menu. If you can then you will also be able to set some of the controls properties here.
