Uncheck checkbokse

Jeg har følgende html kode:

<input type=\"checkbox\" name=\"checkbox1\" value=\"ON\" checked>
<input type=\"checkbox\" name=\"checkbox2\" value=\"ON\" checked>
<input type=\"checkbox\" name=\"checkbox3\" value=\"ON\" checked>

<input type=\"radio\" value=\"radio1\" checked name=\"R1\">
<input type=\"radio\" value=\"radio2\" name=\"R1\">
<input type=\"radio\" value=\"radio3\" name=\"R1\">
<input type=\"radio\" value=\"radio4\" name=\"R1\">
<input type=\"radio\" value=\"radio5\" name=\"R1\">

Når så en af 4 nederste radio bottons bliver valgte, skal den fravælge de 2 øverste checkbokse.
