Even though Access does have its limitations you should concider that it is most probably the most widely used database on the WEB! If you design your applications wisely and close connections after use then you shouldnt have any problems.
Note, as stated, Access can have 255 concurrent users.
Do you intend using the databse on the WEB? I have none WEB databases where ther are over 60 users, but they dont update at the same time.
Even in large companies I doubt that 60 people would be (in the database) at the same time. They may be using the same application which uses the dB but that doesnt matter. If you open a connection and close it as soon as your finished with it then you will have no problems with Access!
