.resx ligger både i App_LocalResources og web root.

Har en resx fil, som både ligger hvor den skal, samt i web root.

Sletter jeg filen i web root får jeg nedenstående fejl.

Har ikke haft brugt det nævnte program og vil bare gerne kunne slette filen i web root.
