At this time, due to your involvement with
BuyDomains.dk we have outgrown our facility,
and our network capacity. Due to this, we have
been actively seeking investors and other companies to
possibly merge together to increase our stability, growth,
and reliability.
FIRST OFF THIS MERGER WILL MOST EFFECT
HOSTING CLIENTS. DOMAIN AND EMAIL SERVICES
WILL BE RESTORED MUCH FASTER, AND NO NUMBERING
WILL AFFECT DOMAIN OR EMAIL SERVICES.
We understand that uptime and stable service is needed
for you to maintain your business, and we know that the
below merger will increase your service 10 times over.
At this time NetFree, Inc, has merged with another privately held
company, ServerHosts, Inc, to facilitate, and provide premium bandwidth
(Epik / uUnet / Level3 and AT&T) to you, our customers.
At the same time, we have now the ability to secure a /40 from
Erin, the IP registry, and will be issuing new IP address to all
of you within the next 48 - 72 hours. This IP change will be a FINAL
change to our network, meaning that no matter what bandwidth provider
in the future BuyDomains.dk wishes to secure, your IP address space will
never change. In sense, these IP allocations belong to BuyDomains.dk / NetFree, Inc.
In addition to securing this address space, we will be consolidating
BuyDomains.dk into the ServerHosts, Inc. facility and taking over 500
square feet of Network space and enabling BuyDomains.dk to grow to it's
fullest potential. This new network facility is premium network
space with prime equipment for backup, cooling, and all other
aspects of maintaining and facilitating our equipment.
The actual amount of downtime is not known at this time but is
only expected to be 24 hours (equal to the last renumbering), and the
actual expected start time for this outage is unknown due to contractual
issues with previous providers, but is expected to occur, on Friday
August 9th 2002.
We have set up an alternate support address for you to contact so that
you can be kept up to date while this transition is in place. That
email address is buydomainsdk2001@yahoo.com. (for now you can reach
support through the normal means.) You can also contact us
by telephone at +1 305-935-6948 (24 hours a day) to receive an update
on the status of this merger.
In all we understand the importance of your service, and we will
work as hard as we can to restore your service in a timely fashion.
We want to assure you that these acquisitions to BuyDomains.dk will
make your service more stable for the future.
In compensation for the down time we will be sending out a
letter of intent for time to be added to your account.

Without you, we would not be able to continue and progress in the manner in which we are, and keeping you all as clients is our main focus and concern. We know the outage will affect some of you greatly, however we strongly feel it is essential to make this merger happen as fast as possible for the survival of BuyDomains.dk due to the amount of growth in such a short a time.
This outage we will be the last and we will be able to provide and SLA (Service Level Agreement) of 99.9% once service is restored. This SLA will be posted on our website the moment the merger is completed.
