Bluetooth-problemer

Du skriver ikke noget om, hvorvidt du får fejl ved installationen, men hvis vi forudsætter, at alt er korrekt installeret, så burde nedenstående klip fra manualen til din maskine kunne hjælpe dig:

Enable or disable the built-in wireless networking features and the Bluetooth features. If you press Fn+F5, a list of wireless features is displayed. You can quickly change the power state of each feature in the list. Note: If you want to use Fn+F5 to enable the feature specified in IEEE standard 802.11, the following device drivers must be installed on the computer beforehand: v ThinkPad Power Management driver v OnScreen Display Utility

Så langt er jeg med, tror jeg. I enhedshåndtering viser en fejlmelding, at driver til BCM2045B ikke er installeret. Jeg har så forsøgt at finde den på nettet, men uden held.

Manual Install

  1. Start Windows XP and logon with administrative privileges.
  2. Press Fn and F5 at the same time to turn on Bluetooth.
  3. If Found New Hardware Wizard is displayed, click Cancel.
  4. Double-click the driver package to extract it to your hard drive.
      The default location is C:\DRIVERS\WIN\TPBTOOTH.
  5. Click Start, then click Run....
  6. Specify SETUP.EXE with the full path name where you extracted the package in step 4, and click OK.
      Example: C:\DRIVERS\WIN\TPBTOOTH\SETUP.EXE
  7. In Welcome to the InstallShield Wizard for ThinkPad Bluetooth with Enhanced Data Rate Software window, click Next.
  8. In the License Agreement window, read the Licence Agreement carefully, if you agree, select I accept the terms in the licence agreement then click Next.
  9. In the Destination Folder window, click Next. (If you need to change the destination, click Change, select or enter the destination folder of your choice, then click Next.)
  10. In the Ready to Install the Program window, click Install.
  11. When Driver Signature Notice window appears, click OK.
  12. When InstallShield Wizard Completed appears, click Finish.
  13. If you are asked to restart the system, click Yes to restart.

Unattended Install

Note:
This is for system administrators' use only.

  1. Start Windows XP, logon with administrative privileges.
  2. Extract the drivers to the hard drive.
  3. Click Start, then click Run.
  4. Type C:\DRIVERS\WIN\TPBTOOTH\setup.exe /qn /ru /ri

Uninstallation instructions
Manual Uninstall

  1. Click Start, click Control Panel, then double-click Add or Remove Programs.
  2. Select ThinkPad Bluetooth with Enhanced Data Rate Software and click Change/Remove.
  3. In the prompt Are you sure you want to remove ThinkPad Bluetooth with Enhanced Data Rate Software from your computer? appears, click Yes. The uninstallation will start.
  4. Click OK, to restart the system.

Determining which version is installed
To check the version of the software that is installed on your ThinkPad, follow the instructions below:

  1. Open My Bluetooth Places.
  2. Select Help, then select About My Bluetooth Places.
  3. The first line of pop-up window shows the version of the software. My Bluetooth Places 5.5.0.6400.

      The driver version of ThinkPad Bluetooth with Enhanced Data Rate in the device manager is 5.5.0.6500.

Det har hjulpet så vidt, at der nu i enhedshåndtering ikke er markeret nogen fejl, men desværre fungerer bluetoothfunktionen stadig ikke. Når jeg højreklikker på bluetoothikonet på proceslinien meddeles det at "Bluetooth-enheden blev ikke fundet".

Hvilket serienummer og produkt/modelnummer har din maskine. Det ser ud som om, at din maskine ikke understøtter brugen af "Bluetooth with Enhanced Data Rate Software II".

Det gør den nu nok, for den virker nu. Du må ikke spørge, hvad der har gjort udslaget, men efter jeg fulgte din anvisning og har genstarter pc'en et par gange, virker den i hvert fald. Du skal have mange tak for hjælpen.
