can not set SlingBox Solo for internet view.

I tried anything possible for almost a week
Everything I could find on the net...
Together with my Danish husband, I bought 3 products from SlingMedia : Solo, Catcher and Turbo. Soon we go to spend the winter in Spain and we would like to have our danish chanells with us. I also bought a new LevelOne WBR-6001 so
We wanted to buy the products in the shops, inthe hope that the shopassistent would give us some indications on installation, but we could only fouind these all on the net Including the router, cca 5000 DKR.
All I can get after setting up hundreds of thime the Solo, is the image from the tv on my notebook...
In 5 days I should return them all, although I would really like them to work
My question is: Is there anybody that could help us?
Maybe you know sb, a technique, that could come and help?
Or maybe give me other ideas of why I can not get Solo on the net
Pls help
