Sharepoint - hvordan flyttes det?
Vi har idag en Sharepoint og Exchange løsning hos Microsoft.
http://www.microsoft.com/online/da-dk/default.mspxVi ønsker at flytte denne løsning til et dansk hostingfirma.
Men er det muligt, at få flyttet hele sitet - dvs. dokumenter, lister, brugerrettigheder mv., så vi ikke skal til at definere det hele forfra igen.

Nu er det sådan, at vi alle bare er ganske almindelige brugere, så det er nok ikke lige noget, vi selv kan rode med.
Har du en ide til, hvem man kan tage fat i - og hvad det evt. vil koste. (Det er ikke nogen stor løsning - vi er blot 5 brugere)

Jeg ville kontakte det danske hosting firma - de burde have en plan/procedure for sådan en øvelse, i kan vel ikke være de første med den udfordring!?

Det første må næsten være at tage kontakt til den nuværende udbyder for at finde ud af om i har lov til det og hvad de kan tilbyde af backup - og i samme vending så lede efter en ny udbyder, der burde kunne hjælpe med resten.

Ny udbyder - dansk hostingfirma - har ikke prøvet det før.
Nuværende udbyder (MS) har vi talt med i et par timer. Det lyder som om, at vi skal gemme en mappe ad gangen. For mig at se, kan vi ikke få f.eks. historik med på lister, samt versionsstyringen på dokumenter. Vi har modtaget nedenstående guidelines fra MS.
Vi ville gerne have haft en nemmere løsning. Nogen forslag til hvem vi evt. kan kontakte.
Here is some information on transferring your SharePoint information from your current site collections to our services:
Migrating sub sites using Site Templates
Exporting SharePoint Sub Site data
1. Navigate to the sub site's Site Settings of the site you want to migrate from
2. Under Look and Feel, click Save site as template
3. Type a File name, Template name and Description
4. Check the box to Include Content and click OK
5. Navigate to Site Actions > Site Settings, under Galleries and click Site Templates
6. Find and click the Site Template you just created
7. Save the Site Template to your local hard drive and remember the save location
Importing SharePoint Sub Site Data
1. Navigate to the SharePoint Online Site Collection you want to migrate the sub site to
2. Under Galleries, click Site Templates
3. Click Upload > Upload Document
4. Browse to your Site Template from Section Exporting SharePoint Sub Site data, click OK, and OK again to finish uploading
5. Navigate to Site Actions > Create
6. Under Web Pages, click Sites and Workspaces
7. Fill in the New SharePoint Site wizard, for Select a Template, click Custom, select your Site Template, and finish the wizard
Migrating Document Libraries using Document Templates
Exporting SharePoint Document Library data
1. Navigate to the Document Library want to migrate from
2. Click Settings and select Document Library Settings
3. Under Permissions and Management, click Save document library as template
4. Type a File name, Template name and Description
5. Check the box to Include Content and click OK
6. Navigate to Site Actions > Site Settings, under Galleries and click List Templates
7. Find and click the Document Library Template you just created
8. Save the Document Library Template to your local hard drive and remember the save location
Importing SharePoint Document Library data
1. Navigate to the SharePoint Online Site Collection you want to migrate the Document Library to
2. Under Galleries, click List Templates
3. Click Upload > Upload Document
4. Browse to your Document Library Template from Section Exporting SharePoint Document Library data, click OK, and OK again to finish uploading
5. Fill in the Name, Title, and Description and click OK
6. Navigate to Site Actions > Create
7. Under Libraries, click the Document Library you just uploaded
8. Type a Name and Description and click Create

Exporting SharePoint List data
1. Navigate to the List want to migrate from
2. Click Settings and select List Settings
3. Under Permissions and Management, click Save list as template
4. Type a File name, Template name and Description
5. Check the box to Include Content and click OK
6. Navigate to Site Actions > Site Settings, under Galleries and click List Templates
7. Find and click the List Template you just created
8. Save the List Template to your local hard drive and remember the save location

2. Under Galleries, click List Templates
3. Click Upload > Upload Document
4. Browse to your Document Library Template from Section Exporting SharePoint List data, click OK, and OK again to finish uploading
5. Fill in the Name, Title, and Description and click OK
6. Navigate to Site Actions > Create
7. Under Custom Lists, click the List you just uploaded
8. Type a Name and Description and click Create

De ting de lister op gør det selvfølgelig muligt, men det kan nu sagtens lade sig gøre at lave en backup af det hele og som så kan rulles ud på en ny server - men det kræver formentlig adgang til serveren. Der er nok masser du kan snakke med om det, men det hjælper desværre ikke det store hvis ikke MS-hostningen kan/vil give rettigheder - prøv evt at snak med dem igen og sig at du ved det kan lade sig gøre at få én samlet backup gennem STSADM.
