Tilsyneladende er der ingen vej udenom end at kode mulighederne selv - læs 'nedefra':
Only problem with writing your own player control is that often it'll need a
"YES I ACCEPT THIS CONTROL" button to be pressed before it will run, which
puts a barrier in the way - at least a percentage of users will just click
"NO" and then ring support to ask why it doesn't work.
I don't blame them though - most of the security pop-ups I get now during my
browsing are for crazy spy-ware or porn-dialers that take over your machine
if you hit "YES".

Chaz, thx mate :)
Well, I suspected that it was a dead end … :(
On the other hand, there are others who have solved the problem.
Roll your cursor over the web cam and hit the ‘Vista’ icon … (Danish site)
http://www.mixeren.com/webcam/livevideo.phpYes I know, it’s an Applet, but still - the ‘problem’ is solved!
So there must be a way … Yes, writing ones own player control, may be the answer …

Tony,
Those features are sadly a feature only of the WMP application, not the OCX / ActiveX control :((
There is no way to give your users that feature without writing your own player control :(
The gamma on my monitor/video card at home is pretty horrid so I always need
to try and get the stream links out of the web pages and then paste the link
to the stream into WMP so I can watch videos properly by turning up the brightness :(
