Anyone knows about hidden infections from Unix.Malware.Agent-6325274-0

While scanning for virus in Linux (CentOS 7) using clamav, we found the infection, /var/tmp/sshd: Unix.Malware.Agent-6325274-0

This is an expoit in Bamboo version 5.14.4.

But does anyone know about how to find if there is any hidden infections or have experienced similar cases and like to know , how they handled this malware infection.

Would like to hear from all expertise out there.
