Did SAP abuse its participation in the standard-work to secretly file patents based on the standardisation-work?
Even though you are not patenting the standard, you are patenting the implementation of the standard. Do you see anything wrong in this?
Did you declare to other participants in UN/CEFACT that you planned to file for patents related to CCTS before or during your UN/CEFACT-standardisation work?
How will SAP repair the apparently broken trust in the UN/CEFACT groups?
Which specific steps have SAP taken to restore trust in the UN/CEFACT groups?
